About Resolve Apprenticeship
Resolve Apprenticeship is a subsidiary of RESOLVE and is an established training provider. Offering a range of CPD accredited courses for frontline practitioners, from entry-level through to specialist masterclasses; Community Safety BTEC Awards and Apprenticeship Training for the ASB & Community Safety Officer Standard
RESOLVE was established in 1995 and is a not for profit organisation that exists to help those involved in the social housing and community safety sector to deal positively with antisocial behavior and community safety issues.
Since 1995, RESOLVE has been at the forefront of all of the major relevant legislative and policy developments and has become the UK's leading organisation specialising in delivering effective solutions to antisocial behaviour & community safety issues.
Leading members of RESOLVE have worked with Government Departments to help draft legislation and guidance from the Housing Act 1996 to the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 and the Statutory Guidance associated with it.
Representing over 3 million housing stock across Local Authority, social housing and related professional sectors, RESOLVE believes that antisocial behaviour can be tackled effectively and that no one should have to suffer its damaging effects.
Our aim is to drive continuous improvement in professional antisocial behaviour & community safety practice.
Meet the team
Rebecca Bryant OBE
Rebecca Bryant, OBE, joined Resolve in October 2018 as our Chief Executive with over 15 years of experience working within Community Safety and working at Manchester City Council as the Head of Crime and Disorder.
Before becoming Chief Executive, Rebecca worked as a Senior Associate with Resolve for several years and is a well-respected Consultant within the industry, possessing extensive knowledge around community safety and antisocial behaviour solutions.
Head of Learning & Development
Jacky Ellison CertCIH
Our Head of Learning and Development, Jacky Ellison, worked within social housing for over 26 years in managerial and consultancy roles before joining Resolve.
Jacky has vast experience in designing training courses & tutoring, having tutored at Chester University on their Housing Law programme as well as delivering bespoke training for many Social Housing Providers across the UK.
Business Administration Officer
Fiona started with Resolve in September 2019, and she brings a wealth of experience in office management and administration.
As Resolve’s Business Administration Officer, Fiona is responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth running of the core office functions, including all administrative duties relating to Resolve training and BTEC.
