Other Courses

As well as the apprenticeship, Resolve offer a range of CPD accredited training courses and BTEC awards in Community Safety.

Training is delivered on subjects that are current and respond to emerging priorities for organisations and practitioners dealing with community safety and antisocial behaviour. All of the courses can be delivered online as well as face-to-face.

Using national experts as course leaders, the training programmes enable delegates to gain practical learning as well as developing key competencies. By using real case study examples, the courses give delegates a solid grounding in how best to respond to often-complex challenges, such as mental health, domestic abuse and vulnerability.

In-house training packages designed specifically for an organisation or team are also available. These may be on a single topic where, for example, an organisation feels exposed to a particular risk or they may have a broader remit such as an induction programme for new staff or practical briefings for non-specialist front line staff.
A number of our courses are CPD accredited and attract CPD hours that can go towards personal and professional development plans.
